Repairing air conditioning?
My home air conditioning is not working. Neither is the heater. I checked the breaker switches and reset them so that isn't it. Now i have replaced the thermostat. Still nothing . Icheck outside and wondered if it could be the fuses. I sorta scared to pull them out as it says live. Anyhelp? Does anyone know about these things. I'm getting power to the thermostat so thats okay. Help!

this could be a very simple thing. Have you taken the covers off the furnace (access panels). There are typically switches that when the covers are off, the unit will not run. Make sure these switches are engaged (pushed in) with the covers in place.
