How can i contact brian litten in newark ohio, president of litten plumbing, heating and air conditioning?
i received and am still receiving horrible service from this company and cant seem to get any results. they sent a technician who cut thru the wall of my shower, (and tried to hide it) left a leaky faucet, got solder all over my carpet, and left a huge mess. i called the company and expressed my concern, they assured me it would be rendered. i have since called again and cannot seem to get anywhere. there customer service is the absoulute worst i have ever dealt with. this has been going on since march 30 and they've yet to contact me as to when they plan on fixing it.....not that i would be that stupid to let them back in my house

Well... There are a few different steps you can take.
1.) Call the company, and/or send an email requesting his immediate assistance.
2.) Send a letter via CERTIFIED mail directed to him, requesting his immediate assistance.
3.) Contact the local news explaining your various problems, and they might do a "trouble shooter" episode on it.
4.) Take him (and the company) to small claims court.
But, above EVERYTHING else, DOCUMENT via pictures ((real pictures, not cell phone pictures)) and video, if you can, all the problems, and additional bills/costs this has cost you.
