i used to install air conditioners for a living i would personally go for a 3 phase inverter they are the cheapest to run and the most efficient i personally wouldn't use any of the three i would save up my money for a dakin or a mitsubishi i would only put the into my home best rating vs reliability i have ever seen check out the link i know is Australian but i will help i guaranty it.
